How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Method 1: In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the Pleasurehub app by following these steps:

1. Open the Pleasurehub app and navigate to the "My" page
2. Select "Account Management"
3. Choose "Deactivate User" to permanently delete your account

Method 2: Email Request

If you prefer to delete your account via email, please contact us at: support@pleasurehub.app

When contacting us, please include your registered email address and a clear statement that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Account information (email address, username, password)
• AI companion customization settings and preferences
• Chat conversation history and user-generated content
• Device connection information and usage data
• All AI-generated images, videos, and audio content

Data Retention Periods

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will process it according to the following timeline:

• Immediate Deletion: Your account will be deactivated immediately upon request, and you will no longer be able to access our services.
• Standard Deletion (30 days): Most personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days of your request.
• Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for longer periods where required by law, such as transaction records (up to 10 years), customer service records (5 years), and security logs (1 year). This data will be securely stored and used only for legal compliance purposes.
